100 Choices: Writers and Artists Fundraising for Refugee Resources
Hey there! I’m honored to be participating in 100 Choices, a fundraising project to benefit The Mango House, an organization that provides resources to refugees who are resettling in the Denver area. The way it works is that when you make your $15 donation, you select one of the many participating writers and artists. When the fundraiser is finished, you’ll receive an original piece by that person. It’s a quick and easy way to help, and score some original art or writing, too!
Please check out 100 Choices to read participant’s bios, and if you have the means, consider making a donation today. The fundraiser ends on 2/28.
New Collaborative Multimedia Project
I’m so excited to be a part of this collaborative/multimedia art project in which many local creators will make a body in Greensboro Project Space from work inspired by/infused with the four humours. (I’m just as excited I have the excuse to spend the next months researching medieval medicine… Blood letting! Leeches! Hurray!) Stay tuned for updates on the project/ put March 2nd on yr calendar to see the final body! You can also check out the project website here.
New Poem in Field
I’m thrilled to have a poem in the new issue of Field, alongside a dream team of poets and scholars! Check it out/buy your copy here.
